N(N)LE Georgian Heritage Crafts Association announces the call for price proposals for companies in Tbilisi on the provision of services for the event "Training of Trainers" (Project: “Greenhouse for Social Innovators”) taking place from January 17th till January 22nd, 2024 in Tbilisi. The request for price proposal considers the following services:
Dinner at the restaurant for training participants( January 17th and January 22nd)
Simultaneous Interpretation of the training
Water for Training participants
Trainings accessories/materiel for conference hall
Flags (GE and EU) for conference hall and reusable project banner -Blackboard
Reusable branded handmade ceramic Cups for training participants
Transportation of training inventory
The event is implemented by Georgian Heritage Crafts Association in the framework of the EU funded program „EU4Youth phase III Youth Employment and Entrepreneurship”. The request for price proposal is implemented in the framework of the grant contract External Actions of the European Union - ENI/2021/423-431-01-0011).

Date of the Event: January 17th -22nd, 2024. The
purchaser should notify the contractor about the changes in the dates of the event no later than 10 calendar days before the start of the event. In case of changes, all the dates indicated in the request for proposal should be edited.The new dates of the event will be defined by the mutual agreement of both parties.
The aim of the event: The Training of trainers brings together the representatives of businesses from Georgia, Ukraine and Belarus for an intensive training sessions on social entrepreneurship with emphasis on diagnostic methodologies for SMEs.
Quantity of Participants: Min. 60 people
Technical Assignment
The contractor has to provide the following services:
Dinner at the restaurant for training participants
( January 17th - January 22nd)
The contractor should provide dinner for local and international participants in the framework of the training. for two days. The contractor should negotiate the menu with the customer
Technical features of the service:
From January 17th till 22nd, the contractor should provide dinner for min. 60 people at restaurant located in Tbilisi. The exact date and time for both dinners will be confirmed no later than 7 calendar days prior to the event.
The Georgian restaurant should be located in the center of Tbilisi, within the walking distance from training venue, Pine ASTORIA HOTEL (21, D. Chonkadze str);
Approx. time of the dinners: between 19:00- 20:00 p.m
The menu of the dinner should include the Georgian Traditional dishes and should be subject to prior negotiation with the ordering body
General requirements for the dinner:
Min. 4 types of salad; min. 4 types of main dishes (meat, fish, vegetables); min. 4 types of garnish and 2 types of patisserie; at least 4 types of desserts; Freshly brewed coffee and a tea assortment; Mineral water (sparkling and regular) in bottles or glass jugs; min 3 types of fruit juice;
Food delivery:
The contractor should ensure enough space at the restaurant for all the participants to be seated at the tables;
ceramic/glass tableware (glasses, plates)and napkins for all the participants should be provided;
we request the contractor to ensure an ample quantity of restaurant personnel during the dinner;
Simultaneous Interpretation
The contractor should provide the event with simultaneous interpretation in three different languages from January 17th till January 22nd , 2024 (6 days in total) considering the following requirnments:
From January 17th til January 19th (3 days) Simultanious Interpretation:
ENGLISH-GEORGIAN-ENGLISH;
ENGLISH-RUSSIAN-ENGLISH;
GEORGIAN-UKRAINIAN-GEORGIAN(INNER TRANSLATION)
January 20th till January 22nd ( 3 days)
Simultanious Interpretation:
BELARUS-GEORGIAN-BELARUS
GEORGIAN-UKRAINIAN-GEORGIAN
Duration of Simultanious Interpretation per day: max. 6hours (between 10 a.m until 18:00 p.m)
The working hours of the interpreters will be defined approx. 5 days before the event
Evaluation criteria for simultaneous interpreters:
Experience of Simultanious Interpreter at similar events/trainings;
Simultanious Interpretation must be performed by a highly qualified professional (max. two people per language)
ACCESSORIES/ FOR TRAINING SPACE
The contractor should provide the following training materiel/ accessories for min.60 participants during the 6 days:
Water for training participants (min 60 prsX6 days)
Pen
Colourful stickers for group works
Flipcharts
Markers
Chalk for blackboard
Tablecloths for welcome coffee table
Selfi lighting for promotional pictures of participants
TOT sign boards
The quantity of training materiel as well as request for additional materiel (if any) will be defined based on the overall number of training participants and will be notified to the contractor no later than min. 5 days before the event.
FLAGS and BANNERS
The contractor should provide the conference hall with flags and reusable project banner/ blackboard:
Small /table flags (EU and GE) – min. 30 pieces
Big/standing flags (EU and GE)- min. 2
Big /standing flags can be rented and not purchased
Reusable project Banner- triptych folding blackboard (size: 2X1.34X1.34 cm)- 1 piece;
Technical requirements of reusable banner:
The reusable project banner (size: approx.. 2X1.34X1.34 cm)- should be a triptych folding blackboard. The design of the blackboard should be negotiated with the ordering body.
REUSABLE BRANDED HANDMADE CERAMIC CUPS
The contractor should provide the reusable handmade cups for all the participants of the event.
Technical requirements:
Quantity: min. 60 pieces
Size: approx. 10cm/6cm
Branding: ceramic cups should have EU logo , provided by the ordering body;
Packaging: the cups should be delivered in gift boxes and packages;
The design of and branding of the product should be negotiated with the ordering body.
Contractor should be responsible on the provision and management of all services and ensure the successful delivery of all the goods at the venue of the event (21, D. Chonkadze str.Tbilisi)

Selection Criteria
Requested price proposals will be evaluated based on the following criteria:
The lowest total proposed price of the contractor;
The lowest total dinner service cost of the contractor;
Experience of the contractor
