Call for Proposals: Coordinator of Mentors:
N(N)LE Georgian Heritage Crafts Association announces a call for price proposals for providing the service of Coordinator of Mentors. for the project “Greenhouse for Social Innovators” .
The project is implemented by Georgian Heritage Crafts Association in the framework of the EU funded program „EU4Youth phase III Youth Employment and Entrepreneurship”. The request for price proposal is implemented in the framework of the grant contract External Actions of the European Union - ENI/2021/423-431-01-0011).

THE overall objective of the project is TO STRENGTHEN LOCAL YOUNG SOCIAL ENTERPRENEURS AND TRAINERS COMMUNITIES IN GEORGIA, BELARUS AND UKRAINE VIA LAUNCHING AND RUNNING AN ACCELERATION PROGRAME WITH FOCUS ON GREEN AND DIGITAL SOCIAL BUSINESS MODEL AND INTERNATIONAL EXCHANGE .
Duration of the project: JULY, 2023- JUNE , 2025
The project aims to bring together 45 young business professionals, and business-trainers/consultants, business owners, from different regions of Georgia , Belarus, and Ukraine (15 persons from each country having successful businesses and genuine interest to become mentors for social startups. The project will help all participating startups to address their needs through business-diagnostics and targeted work with project mentors on the development and implementation of business strategies. While mentors will receive training on social enterprises operation, SMEs diagnostics, information on impact investing and incubation and acceleration training programs, local and international, mentoring and digital skills and test new knowledge in joint work with mentees.
The scope of the service:
- Dissemination of the information about the Call for Mentors among the target audience;
- Revision and selection of applications for the “Training for Mentors” together with the GE project team;
- Communication with the selected GE participants on the general Scope of Acceleration programme; elaboration of small introductory information about all the GE participants;
- Participation in the evaluation process of the TOT’s and planning of the upcoming events;
- Elaboration/Translation of Evaluation forms;
- Preparation of Georgian participants for the Project activities (TOT, Bootcamp and Mentorship programme)
- Management and reporting of the Mentorship programme:
- Overall management of mentors performance and their timely communication with social enterprises;
- Matching mentors with mentees based on specific criteria.
- Providing ongoing support and resources to both mentors and mentees.
- Monitoring and evaluating the progress of mentoring relationships
- Managing administrative tasks related to the mentoring program
- Revision of final results of the mentorship programme together with GE project Team;
The interested candidates should should submit price proposal with the Curriculum Vitae (CV).
Please note that the daily rate is based on 8 working hours in total
Selection Criteria
Requested price proposals will be evaluated based on the following criteria:
- The lowest total proposed price of the contractor;
- Experience of the contractor related to the mentorship of business representatives and/or social enterprises

Other terms:
- The conditions of service will be defined in the agreement
- Payment terms will be defined based on the agreement
- The final results of the bidding will be announced no later then December 1st, 2023
